Unit 1 was traveling south on N. High street approaching Lazelle Road East. Unit 2 was traveling North on N. High Street; making a Westbound turn onto Orchard Knoll Lane. Witnesses at scene stated that they were parked at the red light on Lazelle Road East facing West; and witnessed Unit 1 Continue South on N. High Street and Unit 2 attempt to make the Westbound turn. Unit 1 made contact with Unit 2 within the intersection Of N. High Street and Lazelle Road East. The driver of Unit #1 was transported to Riverside Hospital by CFD Medic 27 in stable condition where he was treated by Dr. Styer. The driver of Unit #2 was transported to Riverside Hospital by CFD Medic 33 in stable condition where she was treated by Dr. Styer. The occupant of Unit #2 was pronounced deceased by Columbus Fire Department personnel at 6:59 am.
