Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling south on S Ludlow Road and stopped at the intersection with St Rt 29. Unit #2 was traveling west on St Rt 29; approaching the intersection with S Ludlow Road. Unit #2 entered the intersection with S Ludlow Road. Unit #1 failed to yield the right of way after stopping for a posted stop sign. Unit #1 entered the intersection with St Rt 29 and collided with Unit #2. Unit #1 traveled to final rest in the ditch southwest of the intersection. Unit #2 traveled to the final rest in the intersection.
