Unit 1 was traveling southbound on Delores Blvd. (from Hummel Road). At the intersection of Muskingum Blvd.; Unit 1 drove off the road to the right; continued traveling south through the yard(s); crossing the street at Pike Blvd. and entering the yard at 15847 Pike; striking a stop sign; then a chain link fence; then the east side of the house before striking a tree; causing the truck to rotate and come to rest facing west.
