Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Winton Road; in the right through lane; approaching the intersection of Andover Road. As Unit 1 continued northbound ; the driver of Unit 1 suffered a medical emergency; causing her to lose control of the vehicle.This action caused Unit 1 to travel off the right side of the roadway; traveling down an embankment impacting a tree; with the front portion of the vehicle.There was no evidence of braking; prior to colliding with the tree.During the collision; both the unrestrained driver and passenger sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene at 1111 hours on 4-3-2023.
