Unit 2 was traveling south on Erie Ave NW; Unit 2 made a left-hand turn on Erie into the driveway at 4988. Unit 1 was also traveling south on Erie Ave NW and failed to assure a clear distance ahead as Unit 2 made the left-hand turn striking Unit 1 at an angle.
