Additional Narrative

The driver of Unit #2 stated he was traveling northbound on S High St just north of Rumsey Rd. The driver and passenger of Unit #2 stated Unit #1; an unknown male; was walking on the street westbound across S High St. Unit #2 struck Unit #1; causing an injury. Unit #3 then drove over Unit #1; causing a fatal injury. The driver of Unit #2 stayed on scene but Unit #3 fled the scene. Officers were able to get surveillance footage from a business nearby and observed Unit #3 is a light blue SUV.
