Description

Additional Narrative

Units 2 & 3 were westbound on Russell Ave with Unit 3 in the lead. Unit 1 jumped into traffic. Unit 3 swerved to avoid Unit 1; however Unit 2 was unable to swerved in time; striking Unit 1. Unit 2 swerved to the left after striking Unit 1; striking the rear bumper of Unit 3; causing it to spin out. Unit 2 contined off the left side of the roadway; striking a fence. Unit 1 was transported to Akron General with serious injuries. On April 2 at 20:30 hrs; Unit 1 succumbed to her injuries.
