Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on SR 16 when Unit 1 turned southbound on TR 288. Unit 1 then backed up across SR 16 blocking both lanes of travel in an attempt to turn around. Unit 2 was traveling westbound on SR 16 when Unit 2 struck Unit 1's trailer that was blocking the road.
