Unit 1(Rumpke truck) was traveling East on IR275 in the area of the 32 mile post. The operator stated he was having mechanical issues with the truck and was traveling at a slow pace. Unit 2 was traveling East on IR 275 approaching Unit 1. Unit 2 was unable to stop and struck Unit 1 in the rear. Unit 1 suffered functional damage. Unit 2 suffered disabling damage.
