RIDER OF UNIT #2 WAS HOLDING ONTO PASSENGER SIDE DOOR OF UNIT #1. FRONT TIRE OF UNIT #2 MADE CONTACT WITH UNIT #1'S PASSENGER SIDE FRONT TIRE CAUSING RIDER OF UNIT #2 TO LOSE CONTROL OF BIKE. RIDER THEN FELL TO ROADWAY IN FRONT OF UNIT #1 AND UNIT #1 RAN OVER RIDER OF UNIT #2. RIDER OF UNIT #2 WAS TRANSPORTED TO UVMC WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED.
