Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was travelling east  on  Havens Corners Road just west of Fox Chase Drive.  Unit #2 was travelling west  on  Havens Corners Road just west of Fox Chase Drive.  Unit #1  drove across the double yellow center lines into the west bound lane of travel and struck Unit #2 Unit #1 Motorist was trapped inside the vehicle and pronounced deceased on the  scene by Truro Township Medic#161 at 1437. Unit #1  Occupant  was transported to Mount Carmel East by Columbus Medic#35 and pronounced deceased by Trauma Team Doctor Turner at 1457.
