RESPONDED FOR INJURY CRASH. ON ARRIVAL UNITS 1 AND 2 WERE FACING EACH OTHER; PERPENDICULAR TO THE LANES OF TRAVEL; BOTH WITH HEAVY FRONT END DAMAGE. DRIVER AND OCCUPANTS OF UNIT 2 STATED THAT UNIT 1 HAD BEEN TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND THE VEHICLE HAD GONE LEFT OF CENTER; STRIKING THEM. DRIVER OF UNIT 2 STATED HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED; WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM BEFORE HE WAS TRANSPORTED. UNABLE TO DETERMINE FAULT AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT.
