Unit#1 was driving south on US-62 near 8005 US-62. Unit#2 was driving north on US-62 near 8005 US-62. Unit#1 drove left of center across the yellow line into the north bound side of the road. Unit#2 tried to avoid Unit#1 in the north bound lane; and drove into the south bound side of the road. Unit#1 drove back onto the south bound side of the road and struck Unit#2 in the front passenger side then rolled onto it's driver's side before coming to rest onto it's wheels in the south bound lane of travel facing south bound.  Unit#2 was pushed off onto the roadside and came to rest facing north bound. The passenger of Unit#2 was taken to Mount Carmel ER Grove City by and was declared deceased at.
