Traffic Crash Occurred at I70 west and the exit to I270. Unit #1 was already crashed and blocking the right lane. Unit #2 was traveling east and struck unit #1 and Possibly driver #1 and other person. Driver #2 stated that she was traveling west on 70 when she saw an officer activate his lights. She stated that she moved to the right lane where vehicles were hitting there brakes and swerving. She stated that she hit her brakes and her vehicle slid and struck vehicle #1. Driver #1 was pronounced and Other person was taken to Mt. Carmel East and treated by Dr Dr. Fox for Hip fracture; both legs fractured; and laceration to head. Driver #2 was transported to Mt. Carmel East and treated by Dr. Fox for right shoulder and neck pain. Passenger was taken to Grant and treated by Dr Dials for a fractured neck. Both vehicles were towed to the impound lot by pro tow and held for evidence.
