Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 02 was going S/B in front of 4505 Secor. Unit 01 was going N/B on Secor and attempted to turn W/B into 4505 Secor striking Unit 02 in the front. Unit 02 went to Toledo Hospital and was unable to provide proof of insurance. On February 15; 2022 this Officer was advised by the Lucas County Coroner's Office that the driver of Unit#2 died as a result of her injuries in this crash. Signal 30 completed. Crash severity was changed on page 1 and for Unit#2 on motorist/non-motorist page.
