UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE ROUTE 661 (NORTH STREET RD.) JUST SOUTH OF HOMER RD. (COUNTY ROUTE 19) AT 14039 NORTH STREET RD. UNIT 1 WENT LEFT OF CENTER; AND THEN OFF OF THE WEST SIDE OF ROAD STRIKING AN EMBANKMENT. UNIT 1 STRUCK A BOULDER CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO GO AIRBORNE AND OVERTURN INTO A UTILITY POLE. UNIT 1 THEN ONCE LEAVING THE UTILITY POLE; FOLLOWED BY STRIKING THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE RESIDENCE OF 14065 NORTH STREET RD. UNIT 1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON ITS DRIVERS SIDE. UNIT 1 IS FOUND AT FAULT. HOMER FIRE DEPARTMENT; ALONG WITH HARTFORD TOWNSHIP FIRE RESPONDED ON SCENE AND PRONOUNCED THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 DECEASED ON SCENE. JAES TO TOW THE VEHICLE. NOTHING FURTHER.
