A passerby called in and stated a male was lying in the street and appeared to be deceased. Another passerby called in shortly after and stated it looked like the male was struck by another vehicle while he was down in the roadway. Officers arrived on scene and found a male (Unit #1) laying in the southbound lanes of S. Hamilton Road just north of Refugee Rd. Unit #1 was in the rightmost lane of traffic laying facedown when officers arrived. Madison TWP Engine 183 pronounced Unit #1 at 21:22. Officers shut the roadway down and AIU responded to the scene.
