Unit 1 was traveling east bound on Balsam Dr. Unit 2 was traveling south bound on Rosehill Rd. Unit 1 failed to stop at the stop sign on Balsam Dr. at Rosehill Rd.; causing the front of Unit 2 to strike the left side of unit 2. Unit 1 ran off the road left; struck a mailbox and came to rest on the property of 1086 Rosehill Rd. Unit 2 rolled over and came to rest in the north bound lane of Rosehill Rd.
