Unit 1 was walking eastbound across Lee Rd on a marked cross walk; unit 2 was traveling northbound on Lee Rd and failed to yield for the crosswalk and struck unit 1. Unit 2 then fled the scene northbound on Lee Rd and unit 1 was transported to UH hospital by the squad.
