Unit 1 was walking in the roadway; not in a marked crosswalk; running up to vehicles. Unit 2 was WB on Lorain Ave. In front of 7200 Lorain Ave; as Unit 2 passed Unit 1; Unit1 jumped on the side of Unit 2. Unit 1 held on to the side of Unit 2 and was dragged a short distance before falling to the ground. Unit 1 was ran over by Unit 2.
