Additional Narrative

Unit 1 exited IR 90 WB at W 177th exit ramp. At the end of the ramp; Unit 1 failed to stop or turn; went across three lanes of traffic; over a raised median; and into the SB lanes of traffic. Unit 1 collided with Unit 2; that was SB in the number two lane. Unit 2 was then pushed into lane number three; in front of Unit 3. Unit 3 was traveling SB in lane number three.
