Unit 1 was WB on Miles Ave in the curb lane and began to make a U-Turn east of E 156th St. Unit 2 was EB on Miles Ave at an excessive speed; passing vehicles on the left in the center lane. Unit 2 reentered the EB lanes of Miles Ave; passed the intersection E 156th St; and struck Unit 2.
