Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was EB on Carnegie Ave in excess of the speed limit; went through an overhead red light at E 71st St; and swerved left to avoid a NB vehicle. Unit 1 lost control as it began to spin clockwise; went over the curb at 7120 Carnegie Ave; then collided with a raised concrete around shrubbery; causing Unit 1 to go airborne into a billboard; ripping the support pole out of the ground. Unit 1 rolled over while going through a fence; ejecting the passenger. Unit 1 continued to roll over; going through another fence; ejecting the driver as Unit 1 came to rest on its roof on top on the driver at 7310 Carnegie Ave.
