Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was stopped at the stop sign on Pittsburg Avenue in the righthand lane at the intersection of Salem Avenue. Unit #1 entered the intersection to travel west (into the parking lot of 3970 Salem Avenue); failed to yield the right of way to traffic from the right and collided with Unit #2. Unit #2 was traveling southeast on Salem Avenue in the lefthand lane. THIS ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
