Additional Narrative

U-1 was headed west on TR 211 and U-2 was headed east on TR 211. U-1 was on the wrong side of the roadway and hit U-2 head on. U-1 then went off the right side of roadway backwards. U-1 hit a tree while going backwards down a steep embankment. U-1 then stopped at the bottom in a small creek.
