On December 28; 2022 at approximately 0842 hours; unit number one was traveling north on Wayne Avenue in the left lane at when approaching Clover Avenue attempted to change to the right lane and in so doing failed to maintain control of the vehicle and struck the right curb. Unit number one then continued north on the sidewalk and struck unit number two a pedestrian and then a metal utility pole.
