At about 2225 hours on November 27; 2022; Unit Number One; a pedestrian; was laying in the alley way near 17 Santa Clara Avenue for an unknown reason when Unit Number Two drove over Unit Number One while they were traveling WB through the alley. The driver of Unit Number Two failed to stop and properly identify themselves as required by law.
