Unit #1 was traveling south on I-675 South in the middle lane at. approx. 65 MPH when it went off the right side of the road; striking the guardrail; causing the vehicle to spin out and roll over the guard rail several times before coming to a stop on the right passenger side of the vehicle. The middle row right seat passenger was ejected from the vehicle; along with one unrestrained passenger in the trunk. There were multiple minor injuries for 5 of the passengers; one fatality; and one seriously critical passenger; who later died at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
