Unit 1 was south bound on Co Rd 24 approaching the intersection with US Rt 6. Unit 2 was east bound on US Rt 6 approaching the intersection with Co Rd 24. Unit 1 failed to stop at the posted stop sign at the intersection of Co Rd 24 at US Rt 6. Unit 1 struck Unit 2 on the left side. Both vehicles rotated as they exited the south east corner of the intersection. Unit 1 struck a posted stop sign and a utility pole before coming to final rest. Unit 2 struck a tree and came to rest in a residential yard that is on the south east corner of the intersection.
