At 2121 hrs on October 1; 2022; Unit 1 was traveling west on Wolf Creek Pike while Unit 2 was traveling east on Wolf Creek Pike. At the intersection of Olive Road Unit 1 failed to yield making a left turn onto Olive Rd in front of Unit 2 causing Unit 2 to swerve and lay down the motorcycle on the pavement. The driver of the motorcycle was then ejected from the bike and struck by Unit 3 who was also traveling west on Wolf Creek Pike behind Unit 1. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounce deceased at the scene. Pending further investigation.
