Unit #1 was traveling north on Philadelphia Drive in the northbound lane approaching 3200 Philadelphia Drive. Unit #1 traveled off the right side of the roadway and collided with Unit #2; a pedestrian. Unit #2 was walking south on Philadelphia Drive along the fog line of the northbound lane. Unit #1 fled the scene north on Philadelphia Drive. This crash remains under investigation by the Traffic Services Unit. This is a preliminary report based on the information and facts present at the scene. The information in this report may change based on further investigation.
