Additional Narrative

Unit #1; a pedestrian; ran north bound across State Route 129 East; east of mile marker 24. Unit #2 was traveling east bound in lane #1 on State Route 129 East. Unit #1 turned around in the grass median and began to travel south bound back across State Route 129 East; Unit #1 ran across State Route 129 east and was struck on the right side of his body by Unit #2. After impact Unit #1 was thrown to a final rest laying on his back on the right shoulder of State Route 129 East. Unit #2 traveled to a final rest down the roadway; to the right shoulder of State Route 129 East.
