Description

Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was involved in a single car crash. See report #22-029. A witness observed the accident and claimed to watch the driver exit the vehicle and walk around. Video of the accident confirms that the driver stopped multiple times and exited the vehicle; before driving towards a retention pond where the vehicle became disabled due to the front wheels going off the edge of the retention pond. The driver remained in the vehicle for several minutes before the vehicle becomes fully involved with fire. The driver was not able to exit the vehicle and perished in the fire.
