Unit 1 was traveling southbound on Dunbridge Road near the intersection with SR 582 at a high rate of speed. Unit 1 crossed the railroad tracks crossing Dunbridge Road south of SR 582 and went airborne. Unit 1 connected with the ground and dove off the roadway to the right. Unit 1 struck a trashcan and mailbox before entering a ditch on the western side of Dunbridge Road. Unit 1 drove onto the western embankment of the ditch and struck a tree. Unit 1 came to final rest upside down on a culvert.
