On February 20; 2022; at approximately 0232 hours; unit number one was traveling northeast on Germantown Street at an unknown rate of speed and when at Illinois Avenue struck a large patch of ice and lost control and struck the south curb. Unit number one then then continued north across all four lanes of travel and drove over the north curb up a grass embankment and struck a metal fence. Unit number one then overturned and rolled down the grass embankment and came to rest against a wooden utility pole. The metal fence is owned by The Dayton Job Corps Center of 3849 Germantown Street Dayton; Ohio 45417.
