UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING FROM EAST TO WEST ON SHILOH SPRINGS RD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. UNIT #1 RAN OFF THE ROAD RIGHT; STRUCK A CEMENT BLOCK MAILBOX; AND ROLLED OVER MUTLIPLE TIMES COMING TO REST. UNIT #1 DRIVER WAS EJECTED; AND DECEASED ON SCENE.
