At about 1743 hours on February 4; 2022; Unit Number One was traveling Northbound on State Route 4 in an unknown lane at apparently an excessive rate of speed and when at Mile Marker 58.2 apparently lost control and drove off the left side of the roadway into the depressed median where the vehicle then flipped; crossed both lanes of the northbound lanes of State Route 4; left the roadway and came to rest in the ditch.
