Description

This accident, involving 5 vehicles occurred on Friday, December 2nd 2022 at approximately 2:45 pm. The driver of white Freightliner (2007) drove off road. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling on the entrance ramp to IR75 Northbound from IR70 Westbound. Units 2; 3 and 4 were traveling northbound on IR75. Unit 5 was traveling southbound on IR75 in the middle lane. Unit 1 drove off the left side of the ramp into a grassy gore area. Unit 1 continued westbound into the IR 75 Northbound lanes; and struck Unit 2 and Unit 4. Both Unit 2 and Unit 4 were forced into the concrete median wall. Unit 2 caught fire. Unit 1 struck the concrete median wall; jack-knifed; and came to final rest. Unit 3 was traveling northbound and struck Unit 1’s trailer and the median concrete wall. Unit 5 struck debris from the median wall and became disabled.
