Unit #1 was eastbound on the Ohio Turnpike (IR 76) at milepost 218.9. Unit #2 was westbound in the right lane at the same location. Unit #1 went off the left side of the roadway; crossed the grass median. struck the westbound side bridge wall; spun into the westbound lanes into the path of Unit#2; and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 then struck the north guardrail and came to rest partially on the berm and in the exit ramp lane. Unit #2 came to rest in the left and right lanes.
