Unit#2 was traveling northbound on W Jefferson Kiousville Road approaching Pringle-Benjamin Road. Unit#1 was westbound on Pringle-Benjamin Road; stopped at a posted sign. Unit # 1 pulled from the stop sign into the path of Unit # 2 as he attempted to turn left. Unit # 1 was was struck by Unit # 2. Unit# 2; drove off the left side of the road; rolled over; striking the ditch and ejecting the driver. Unit#1 ran off the roadway coming to rest in the dicth.
