Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling southwest on Interstate 71. Unit #2 and Unit #3 were traveling northeast on Interstate 71; Unit #2 was in the middle lane and Unit #3 was in the right lane. Unit #1 drove off road left; struck the median cable barrier; entered the opposite lanes of travel and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 went off the left side of the roadway and struck the median cable barrier; catching fire. Unit #2 struck Unit #3 causing both units to go off road right; striking a fence and Unit #2 catching fire.
