Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling southbound on County Road 163 when it failed to stop at the intersection of County Road 166. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway where it struck an embankment; became air borne; and struck a tree. Unit 1 landed on a pond’s gravel embankment; before overturning; and becoming submerged in water.
