Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on US 40 and went left of center and struck Unit 2 who was traveling westbound on US 40. Unit 1 spun off the north side of the roadway; overturned and struck a ditch. Unit 2 spun off the north side of the roadway and struck the ditch.
