Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northwest on US Route 23. Unit 2 was traveling west on Blackwater Road (TR 279M). Unit 2 failed to yield from a posted stop sign and was struck by Unit 1. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Unit 2 came to a final rest on US Route 23 northbound lanes.
