Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling east on State Route 63 and Unit 2 was traveling west on State Route 63. Unit 1 failed to yield while attempting enter the ramp to Interstate 75 north and struck Unit 2. After impact; Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a concrete bridge parapet. The concrete bridge parapet became compromised causing concrete to fall down into the northbound lanes of Interstate 75. Unit 3 was struck by the concrete debris and Unit 4 struck the concrete debris as they traveled northbound on Interstate 75.
