Unit #1 was southeast on State Route 7. Unit #2 was east; entering State Route 7 from a private drive; making a left turn onto State Route 7. Unit #2 failed to yield the right of way and was struck by Unit #1. Unit #2 spun and came to rest off the right side of State Route 7.
