Unit #1 was stopped at the stop sign on County Road 108 (Harris Road) and State Route 99. Unit #2 was traveling northbound on State Route 99. Unit #1 failed to yield at the posted stop sign and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #2 continued on and struck a guardrail.
