Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of SR4 in the left lane. Units 2 and 3 were traveling northbound on SR4 in the left lane. Unit 1 struck Unit 2; causing Unit 2 to spin towards the median. The impact caused Unit 1 to spin into the path of Unit 3. Unit 3 then struck Unit 1. Unit 2 went off of the roadway into the median and overturned. Unit 3 went off the roadway to the right. Unit 1 went off the roadway to the right and caught on fire.
