Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was northbound on County Road 62(Lake Road). Unit #2 was eastbound on State Route 204. Unit #1 failed to yield from the stop sign at SR 204 and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 and Unit #2 traveled off the left side of the intersection. Unit #1 struck a utility box before coming to rest.
