Unit #1 was traveling northbound on Campbell Street and Unit #2 was traveling westbound on Norfolk Southern railroad tracks. Unit #1 drove around the crossing arms; entered the tracks and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 was then pushed off the left side of the road.
